Dr Homira Bashari graduated from medicine at Monash University in 2014. She worked in hospitals across Eastern Health, The Royal Women’s Hospital and Sandringham Hospital and has extensive experience in women’s health, having worked as an obstetrics and gynaecology registrar for six years. Homira holds a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and a Certificate in Children’s Health. She enjoys all aspects of medicine with a strong interest in women’s health, antenatal care, and procedural medicine, including the insertion of Implanon and IUD removal. She is fluent in Dari and communicates proficiently in Urdu. Homira’s hobbies include travelling and spending time with her family. She works is in the clinic Monday-Wednesday and Fridays.
