Online Bookings
This allows 24x7 bookings for appointments. You can book an appointment with your doctor, anytime day or night! It also allows full visibility of your doctor’s availability and the choice of your practitioner.
Online Check in & your place in the Queue!
You can now check in without the hassle. Once you download the HotDoc App you can check in from your mobile phone when you arrival to the practice.. how handy is that? No more waiting at the arriving desk!
Appointment Reminders
HotDoc will automatically notify you about upcoming appointments and let you confirm, cancel or reschedule in just a few clicks.
Digital Forms & New Patient Registration
HotDoc uses online digital forms. This means there is less waiting because the paperwork is done before you arrive! Please view the below video regarding new patient registration here.
Results
Non-Urgent Test result notifications are now sent directly to you via HotDoc. This way, we ensure that you are informed as soon as your results are ready. Your privacy is protected because HotDoc does not share any details about the test in the push notification. This is why it is important to click on the link to view the health message/notification. This will then take you to a secure verification page where you go through an ID check to make sure the message is being shown to the correct person.
Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions for certain medications can be requested & paid for from HotDoc. HotDoc handles all of the payment compliance and you are only charged when your doctor approves the request.
